Assists patients in a professional, accurate, and courteous manner using multiple platforms of patient communication and in-person verbal communication. Ensures the patient /client feels welcome to the practice. Monitors and modifies provider’s schedules as necessary to maximize efficiency and client experience. Effectively rooms and preps patients for service appointments. Effectively assists Provider’s with patients in the back office. Responsible for back office inventory and restocking: medical supplies, injectables supplies, etc.
Requirements:
• Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
• Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
• Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
• Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
• Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
