What you’ll do in a day:

• Greet patients  
• Answer phone calls 
• Schedule appointments 
• Check patients in and out
• Verify insurance information
• Collect payments  
• Maintain patient records  
• Assist with insurance verification 
• Handle patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

• 2 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience entering information into EMR software
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong customer service focus
