We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
  • Proficient in using EMR software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working with insurance companies and billing procedures
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience working in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) software
  • Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

As a Medical Receptionist, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional care to our patients.
