Job Overview:

This profile is responsible for organizing patient information. The first point of contact for all the patients. Addressing the concerned calls in a timely manner and forwarding messages to the respective parties accordingly. Β Scheduling and managingΒ patient encounters.


Roles & responsibilities:


  1. Reviewing voicemails, faxes, internal calls, and text messages
  2. Recalling, rescheduling, and canceling the patient appointments
  3. Updating the demographic information of patients in the software
  4. Updating the outbound referral spreadsheet
  5. Taking payments and routing the information to the concerned department internally
  6. Proficient in insurance verifications
