MD Imaging, a Rezolut partner, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team!

Job Summary:
The NP/PA will travel between our MD Imaging and Hudson Valley imaging centers.
- Ability to have clear and direct communication with Technologist and patients.
- Ability to recognize and react to potential contrast reactions.

Essential functions:
- The candidate will represent the practice in interactions with hospital staff, referring clinicians, patients and the health care community in general
- Pre-procedure H&P examinations under the direction and supervision of a radiologist
- Enter orders in collaboration with the attending radiologist
- Completes consults and procedure follow up appointments
- Assist with IR procedures to include paracentesis, thoracentesis, etc.
- Assist with patient education, follow up and discharge notes
- Has direct oversight and supervision of contrast patients.
- Assures that all safety questions and measures have been taken.
- Provides guidance and support to team members to assure patient safety.
Education and Experience:
- AANPCB certification
- NCCPA certification or Graduate from and ARC-PA accredited PA program
- ACLS/BLS Certification

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and work hours will vary by location. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Pay Range:
$60-$70 per hour
