Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. 4. Patient Education:

   • Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and techniques for self-management and injury prevention.
   • Provide guidance on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining progress outside of therapy sessions.

5. Progress Monitoring and Documentation:

   • Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
   • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
   • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and patients, fostering a positive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Working Environment: As a Physical Therapist, you will work in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, or home health agencies. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular anatomy and conditions.
• Proficiency in conducting physical assessments and formulating treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals effectively.
