Description

Job Title: Psychologist 

Location: Durham, NC


Lepage Associates Psychological & Psychiatric Services, an ARC Health Partner, is home to a highly experienced team of expert adult psychologists, child psychologists, adolescent psychologists, couples and marriage therapists, family therapists, and psychiatrists. We are a group of caring and competent professionals dedicated to helping clients with their concerns.


We are committed to providing the highest quality psychological and psychiatric services and the highest quality customer service. Our goal is not to only meet expectations; our goal is to exceed expectations!


Psychologist Requirements:

  • Must have Doctorate or Master's 
  • Must have active license of Licensed Psychologist or LPA, or be license eligible as a postdoc
  • While we work with all ages, we are seeking someone who must be able to see children/adolescents of all ages (ages 4 to 17)
  • Must be able to work 3-4 evenings per week to 8PM/and Saturdays daytime

Psychologist Compensation: 

· 50% collections for LPs + full benefits

· 48% collections for LPAs + full benefits

· Postdoc salary $60K + full benefits

As part of our clinical team, you would: 

· Provide therapy and evaluation services in a private, outpatient, group practice

· Have ample marketing and administrative support to allow you to do your clinical work and develop a very financially lucrative practice

· Be part of a multi-specialty practice, with peers and experienced psychologists who can mentor, coach, and support your professional growth as needed

· Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community

· Be joining a cohesive, energetic, and fun professional team atmosphere
