**Sign-On Bonus Up to $5,000**

Mosaic Health has an immediate opening for an experienced Psychologist to join our integrated care team in Ilion, NY. Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Working as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and practicing team-based care that is patient-centered
• Providing individual, couples, and/or family treatment to patients conducted in-person, or via telehealth in the form of video conference or telephone

• Consulting to primary care providers regarding behavioral health conditions and behavioral management of physical health conditions
• Identifying, referring, and advocating for patients needing specialty behavioral health services and other services as needed
• Demonstrating a degree of flexibility with daily scheduling to allow for warm hand offs as patient needs arise
• Providing behavioral health crisis intervention and assisting health center staff in the event of any other emergency situation
• Performing clinical supervision (as needed) to Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) staff with complete documentation in accordance with New York State (NYS) regulations and standards for licensing supervision.
• Serving as the backup clinical supervisor when the Chief Behavioral Health Officer is unavailable.

• Participating in Mosaic Health quality initiatives to assure process improvement
