POSITION: SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST- ASSISTANT (Full time position available)  

LOCATION: Serving the Ute Pass BOCES Administrative Unit (Manitou Springs, Woodland Park, and Cripple Creek-Victor School Districts).  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Colorado Department of Education License or eligible for one
• Master’s degree in Communication Disorders (or equivalent)
• ASHA CCC required  

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Itinerant Speech and Language Services for Pre K-12  students, under the supervision of an SLP, within member   districts. Responsibilities include the establishment of relationships and communication with parents and staff members, effective rapport with students, and delivery of programming to effectively meet the needs of identified students. Provide support and training to general education staff in a collaborative model for generalization of skills.  

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  

• Contract Starting Date – September 23rd, 2024: 150 Days for the 2024-2025 school year, 7.5 hours a day 
• Hourly pay based on experience. 

FLSA STATUS: Exempt-Certified
