Responsibilities


In accordance with practice policies and procedures:



  • Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.

  • Professionally assist practitioners, team members, visitors, and patients.

  • Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.

  • Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.

  • Schedule appointments according to set procedures.

  • Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.


Requirements



  • The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and work productively within a team environment

  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.

Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED


Minimum Experience Required: 1 or more years in customer service


Prefer night and weekend availibilty.
