Responsibilities
In accordance with practice policies and procedures:
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
- Professionally assist practitioners, team members, visitors, and patients.
- Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically.
- Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
- Schedule appointments according to set procedures.
- Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
Requirements

Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required: 1 or more years in customer service
Prefer night and weekend availibilty.
