MondayβFriday schedule (4.5-day workweek to start)
Call schedule: 1:7, covering a single hospital
ERCP training preferred, but not required

Guaranteed annual salary with bonus potential
Total compensation range: $450,000 β $724,000, Includes potential productivity bonuses, call stipends, and quality incentives
