Medical Admins - Enfield

Going to schools , supporting the vaccination services with the administration of Flu Vaccinations.

Days: Monday-Friday

Rate: £14.80 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and efficient Medical Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and manage the administrative functions of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility
  • Manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient delivery of care
  • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and administrative documentation
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented approach
