Days: Monday-Friday
Rate: £14.80 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate and efficient Medical Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and manage the administrative functions of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient delivery of care
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
